Cornwall Schools’ Eco Conference | 7th June 2021

All Cornwall’s schools have signed up to Cornwall’s Green Charter for Schools. One of the aims schools have signed up to is attending the annual Cornwall Schools’ Eco-Conference.

This year, Cornwall will host the G7 Summit. This year, Cornwall’s Schools’ Eco-Conference is focused on providing an opportunity for our school councils and student eco-committees to discuss the priorities of the G7 with a group of their international peers, politicians, activists, inspirational local businesses and not-for-profit organisations in order to identify the issues that are most meaningful to them.

Our schools’ Eco-Conference is aimed at school councils and student eco-committees. It will involve these students, accompanied by the teacher who leads the school council/ student eco-committee, attending the conference virtually from their own schools on Monday 7 June 2021.
